Rural Economic Action Plan Application - REAP 2012

1. The applications must be completed and accepted by the website before 5:00 PM Monday, August 27, 2012. This website will close at that time.
2. Be sure to print out the application instructions before you start filling out the actual application. Once you start the application you must complete it. You cannot stop and come back later. If you get out of the program before the application is complete then you will have to start over from the beginning. You must complete each page before going to next page. You can either print off the Resource Pages (Population chart, CIP report, and Prior Reap Funding) or you can look up the information for the entity that you are filling the application out for.
3. Only Communities of less than 7,000 population are eligible to apply for REAP funds.
4. Only one application per project / one project per application will be accepted.
5. Entities are limited to two (2) applications. Any applications received above the first two (2) will not be considered for funding.
6. THE APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE FORM WITH ALL APPLICABLE MAIL IN ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY SODA PRIOR TO 5:00 PM Monday, August 27, 2012, IN ORDER FOR THE APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE FOR FUNDING.
